Taking into consideration the possibilities and the desire for mutual cooperation, on 12.02.2019 the Director of the Defense Institute - Regiment Dr. Dimitar Kirkov and the Director of the National Laboratory of Computer Virology at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences - Assoc. Prof. Dimitrina Polimirova signed Memorandum of Cooperation. With it, the parties expressed their willingness to participate in joint projects, trainings, seminars and conferences, hold joint meetings and discussions, exchange of data from national and international studies and studies, and implement other joint initiatives that would help improve awareness and capacity-building of the scientific expertise of the two organizations.
